Little activities can lead to Big mentorship
For organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters, a little quality time can make a big difference.

As a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters, Emily and Haleigh (her “little”) have grown a strong bond over the last three years. It can take time to develop a relationship with your match, and Emily acknowledges that even though it wasn’t smooth sailing from the start, the two of them have become best friends.

Ways to get involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters:
- Interested in being a mentor? Click here! – There is currently a big need for male mentors who can give a little bit of their time to hang out with a child, whether that means playing catch, having ice cream, or simply going on a walk!
- Participate in the For Kids Sake campaign – Register as a team or individual to compete against others by raising pledges for kids OR see which teams or individuals are already registered and donate any amount to help a team of your choice! All funds raised go toward the BBBS mentoring program and help to serve at-risk kids in the community.
