Late Thursday September 5th – Hot & humid Friday lined up
Watching t-storm chances lining up next week
JOPLIN, Mo. — Good late Thursday evening, everyone. We had another hot & humid day across the area. Despite some afternoon clouds, we took our morning lows in the lower 70s and turned them into afternoon highs around 90. Thankfully, we’re getting a break from the heat & humidity tonight as we stay quiet on the radar below…
Believe it or not, we’ll have another cold front coming through as we proceed through our Friday. Like the last front, though, it won’t do a lot for us. Other than a wind chance throughout the day, we’ll stay hot & humid under mostly sunny skies. In addition, despite t-storm chances trying to line up next week, we’ll plan on staying on the hot side over the next several days. Your latest look at the forecast is right below…
Don’t forget that Doug has your long range forecast out through the rest of September right below.
Have a good night and a great Friday!
