Late Sunday January 12th – Trending a bit warmer to start the work/school week

While keeping an eye on several waves on the way

Good late Sunday evening, everyone. After we dealt with a cold start with cloudy skies this morning, we saw the skies brighten up for the afternoon. That’s a nice reward after we dealt with the rain/severe weather Friday and wintry weather yesterday. The brighter skies this afternoon got us back above freezing with highs in many areas in the 40s.

While we stay quiet tonight, the breeze stays relatively light. Combine that with partly cloudy skies tonight with rain and wintry precip that we’re still trying to get rid of, that will lead to some areas of fog (possibly dense) overnight and into Monday AM. After the morning fog, we’ll trend warmer with partly sunny skies for Monday afternoon. We’ll stay a bit busy this week with quite a number of waves to keep an eye on. Your latest look at the week ahead is right below…

Don’t forget that Doug has your long range forecast based off his Heady Pattern through February down below.

Have a good night and a great Monday!

Nick
