With a tropical system & returning heat
Late Saturday July 13th – Interesting week lining up

Good late Saturday evening, everyone. We had another quiet day to enjoy, but we did trend a little warmer for today. After we started in the upper 60s this morning, partly to mostly sunny skies with a light breeze warmed us back into the upper 80s overall. Any 90 degree temperatures today, you had to venture into our corners of Kansas and Oklahoma for that. Temperatures are cooling down a bit for tonight as we stay quiet on the radar below…

Sunday is shaping up to be another warm and humid day with partly sunny skies returning by the afternoon. Additional humidity that will be around will result in a stray t-storm or two while most spots stay dry. However, the increase in humidity will come ahead of the approach of what will be Tropical Depression Barry from the south. Once we get Barry out of the picture by the middle of the week, the heat is on. Your latest look at the week ahead is right below…

Don’t forget that Doug has your long range forecast out through the middle of August down below.

Have a good night and a great Sunday!

Nick
