Late Monday November 11th – Too cold for Tuesday
Before we warm back up later on
JOPLIN, Mo. — Good late Monday evening, everyone. Today was just a cruel reminder of how unfair Mother Nature can be in the fall. We enjoyed a nice and mild Sunday to wrap up the weekend. Today, the script got completely flipped. We had temperatures in the 20s during the afternoon that turned our AM rain chances into a wintry mix to carry us through the day. Fortunately, we’re done with the wintry precipitation as the radar below is dry across the area…
The bad news is that as the skies have turned mostly clear and the breeze continues out of the north, we’ll be flirting with record cold temperatures tonight. Once we get past sunrise, we’ll stay cold for your Tuesday. We will see temperatures rebound through the week as we eventually watch our next storm system later on. Your latest look at the forecast is right below…
Don’t forget that the long range forecast is down below. Not only does it take us through the rest of month, it covers the early part of next January.
Have a good night and a great Tuesday!
