Last chances to vote early for August 4 Primary Election in Kansas

Office of the Crawford County Clerk:

CRAWFORD COUNTY, Kan. – The August 4, 2020, Primary Election is rapidly approaching.  The last date to mail out advance ballots has already passed.  There are still some chances to vote early in this election.  The Crawford County Clerk will have advance voting in person available at the following locations before the election day of Tuesday, August 4, 2020.

The Homer Cole Center at 3003 North Joplin St. in Pittsburg will have in person advance voting available on Friday, July 31, 2020, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, August 1, 2020, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The Crawford County Clerk’s office on the second floor of the Crawford County Courthouse at 111 E. Forest in Girard will have in person advance voting available on Friday, July 31, 2020, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and on Monday, August 3, 2020, from 8:00 AM to noon.

Polling places will be open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Tuesday, August 4, 2020, for the final voting in the 2020 Primary Election.  A few of our polling places have changed and all voters that were affected were notified with a letter.  If you are not sure of the location of your polling place you can look it up online at Voter View of Kansas at  or you can call the office of the Crawford County Clerk at 620-724-6115.

Whether you are voting in person at one of our advance voting locations or on the Election Day, August 4, 2020, at one of our polling places, we encourage all of you to wear a face mask, to observe social distancing guidelines and to wash your hands appropriately.  We will be doing our best to make sure that you are safe in our polling places.
