KOAM ToyBox collects toys from Pittsburg partners for Salvation Army distribution

PITTSBURG, Kan. – As people continue to drop toys off, we’re picking them up as we get ready to deliver.

Some of the toys we picked up were collected by the good folks at Equity Bank and Neptune Auto.

Those toys will then be delivered to the Salvation Army where families can come by and pick them up drive-thru style.

“We love going shopping for the kids and raising extra money to buy toys for the kids, and answering the phones and doing the collections. You just never know what your going to get, so it’s super fun and we enjoy doing it,” said Jennifer Trisler, Bank Manager of Equity Bank.

The Pittsburg Salvation Army says they will be serving more than 1,000 Crawford County families this year alone.
