Kansas City teen’s death investigated as a homicide
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Police in Kansas City, Missouri, are investigating the death of a teenager at an underpass as a homicide. The victim’s body was found Friday afternoon on the roadway at Blue River Road’s underpass at Bannister Road. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim was identified Saturday as 18-year-old Robin Strother. Police say the investigation at the scene revealed suspicious circumstances. The homicide was the fourth in Kansas City in a 24-hour period.
