K-State Extension office talks food education

Kathrine Pinto and Karissa Winkel from the K-State Extension office sit down with Tawnya Bach on the KOAM morning news. They provided information about their EFNEB and SNAP-ED program – or Expanded Food and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program – and their Create Better Health and Choose Health programs. Talk about a true community effort: K-State partners with the Pittsburg Public Library and the Arma Community Garden to provide these food education resources and classes. For more information:
