Johnathan Taylor, 21, pleaded guilty for second degree murder and first degree burglary in the shooting death of 23-year-old Jacob Wages on July 6, 2012.

Taylor and five men, including Crips gang member Daniel Hartman of Tulsa, broke into Wages’ homes at 1912 South Pearl Ave. Taylor will serve five years for burglary concurrently with a 25-year sentence for second degree murder.

Earlier this year, a jury convicted Hartman of being the trigger man. He was sentenced to two life sentences with a chance for parole.
