Joplin Health Dept. reports death resulting from COVID-19; brings total to 123

JOPLIN, Mo. – The Joplin Health Department reports another COVID-19-related death, bringing the City’s total to 123. Health officials say the coronavirus was a “significant condition contributing to death” in these cases.
The latest death reported was a 64-year-old man.
City statistics are listed on the COVID-19 dashboard at www.joplinmo.org/coronavirus. The City says its dashboard is a collaborative project of the Joplin Health Department and University of Missouri Extension Office’s “All Things Missouri”.
