Joplin district nominated for Historic National Register
JOPLIN, Mo. – Joplin residents got together with city officials this evening to discuss adding the Broadway District to the Historic National Register.
If approved, the district would gain recognition for its significance and history in the Joplin community.
The approval would also help preserve and archive the generated research and allow for special district funding.
