Jim’s Steak House to reopen under new owners
PITTSBURG, Kan. – Jim’s Steak House will be opening “in the near future,” according to a post from it’s former owner.
Chris Pakitsos and son-in-law Frank Caputo are the new owners. That’s according to former owner Kent Castagno. He posted the following to a Pittsburg Facebook community:
“Jim’s Steak House has new owners as of last Friday, and will be opening in the near future. They are Frank Caputo and his father-in-law Chris Pakitsos. The name will stay the same, and I believe they will continue with the same steak items and menu. They also plan on adding several fish and salad entrees. The Castagno’s would like to thank Pittsburg and the the many loyal patrons and workers through 80+ years. We wish the new owners years of success in carrying on the Jim’s Steak House name.”
