James A. Lough
November 16, 1939 - July 27, 2021
James A. Lough, 81 of Frontenac formerly of Pittsburg, died at 7:30pm Tuesday July 27, 2021 at Ascension Via Christi following a short illness.
He was born November 16, 1939 in Pittsburg the son of Ralph and Minerva (Bryant) Lough.
On December 8, 1962 he was united in marriage to Francis M. Galindo in Colorado Springs, CO; she survives at Oak View Estates in Frontenac.
On June 23, 1964 he entered the US Army. He rose to the rank of Sergeant and was honorable discharged in December of 1967.
James was a carpenter for Deill Construction for many years.
He was a longtime member of the Lighthouse Temple Church and was active in the church construction.
Additional survivors include two daughters: Judy Wiseman (Scott) of Frontenac, Karen (Robert) Teal of Pittsburg; a son: Robert (Bridget) Lough of Pittsburg; two half sisters Joann Leastman of Pittsburg; and Connie Carter AZ; a half brother: John Ketterman of Pittsburg; along with 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sons: James and Richard Lough and two Grandchildren Brandi Moore and Kayleigh Teal
Funeral services will be 10 am Tuesday August 3, 2021 at the Bath-Naylor Funeral Home with Bishop Walter Simpson officiating. Burial will follow at the Crocker Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 6-8pm. Additional information and condolences may be left at www.bathnaylor.com.
