Gaylene Mae Hebb
November 15, 1947 - November 2, 2022
Gaylene Mae Hebb, age 74 of Howard, KS, passed away November 2, 2022 at Eureka Nursing Center in Eureka, KS.
Gaylene was born November 15, 1947 in the family home in Moline, KS to Travis and Lola (Miller) Foust. She grew up in Moline alongside her brother Gary, and graduated from Moline High School.
As a young lady, Gaylene was introduced to a young man that had come in to her dad’s garage, and that’s all it took. He was a farm kid, which she liked, and when he asked her out, she jumped at the chance. On March 3, 1973, she married that young man, Lee Hebb. Together they raised 3 children, and spent close to 50 wonderful years together.
Living on a farm, most of Gaylene and Lee’s time was spent taking care of the animals, and raising their kids. When they could get away, they enjoyed going to music concerts, an occasional dance, and fairs. They made sure one yearly event they didn’t miss was the Interstate Fair and Rodeo.
Gaylene cherished her family, especially her kids and grandkids. She will be sincerely missed by them all.
She is survived by her husband, Lee
