Frontenac’s Dean named area Defensive Player of the Year

"Sports in Kansas" names Landon Dean the southeast Kansas area Defensive Player of the Year.

FRONTENAC, Kan. – Frontenac junior Landon Dean has been named the southeast Kansas All-Area Defensive Player of the Year by “Sports in Kansas.”

As a defensive end for the Raiders this fall, Dean finished with 76 total tackles, including 38 solo tackles. He also racked up 7.5 tackles-for-loss, 1 sack and 1 fumble recovery.

Dean is a 2X All-State selection, and currently has four Division I FBS offers, including Kansas State and Oklahoma State.
