Freeman partners with Dairy Queen to celebrate Miracle Treat Day
JOPLIN, Mo. – To celebrate Miracle Treat Day tomorrow, July 28th, Freeman and the Children’s Miracle Network Hospital teamed up with the E. 32nd Dairy queen for a day of frozen treats and fun.
Dairy Queen says participating locations will donate $1 or more to the CMN for every Blizzard sold.
To help some local workers get ready, local CMN Champion Nora Beachner today built her own blizzard consisting of:
- cookie dough
- oreo
- caramel
- cotton candy
Freeman thanks the following locations for taking part in Miracle Treat Day:
Missouri – Joplin, Lamar, Seneca, Nevada
Kansas – Fort Scott, Galena, Pittsburg, Iola
In conjunction with Miracle Treat Day, the Dairy Queen Grill & Chill at 2015 East 32nd in Joplin, will host a car show and family fun night on July 28 from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
Dairy Queen has been a proud partner of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals for 38 years and has raised almost $13,000 locally for Freeman Health System in the last three years.
