Former LaHarpe, KS police chief Michael Duvall is receiving a 36 month suspended sentence for sexual battery.

Duvall was arrested on September 2017 for sexual battery and aggravated indecent liberties with a child between the age of 14 and 16. In September 2018, he took a plea deal and pled guilty to two counts of sexual battery.

Duvall served as LaHarpe’s police chief from October 2016 until his arrest last September.
