Jessica Taylor of 4 States Yoga joins us live in studio to talk about some simple and quick yoga stretches and poses you can do while on vacation or the go.

Firstly, Jessica shows us some breathing exercises and neck stretches to help you decompress and calm your nerves before a big flight.

She also has several leg stretches that you can do in the car to keep yourself from cramping and feeling claustrophobic.

Finally, she shares simple yoga stretches that take very little time for you to try while in your hotel room or on the beach.
