According to Ohio State University, Suicide rates have Jumped 41% since 1990, but resources  surrounding suicide prevention aren't just for those hurting the most.  If you're struggling in a particular area of your life and are unsure how to work through it, there are solutions that can be super helpful in working through it.

Talkspace and Betterhelp are subscription-based apps that connects you with licensed therapists that you can chat all you want via text or video. There are plans for teens, students, and even couples therapy.  Both plans cost around 65 dollars a month.

https://www.7cups.com/ offers free chat with trained volunteers.  They aren't licensed professionals, but every voluneteer is required to take an active listening course.
 
https://www.psychologytoday.com/us will put you in touch with a licensed therapist in your area.  You can also pick up the phone and call 211 for help finding thousands of nonprofit and government services.
