Tricia Douglas of FitFoods Meal Preparation stops by to break down everything you need to know about Thanksgiving meal preparation.

The day before Thanksgiving at 12:00 P.M., Tricia recommends preparing and baking pies as well as cutting and peeling potatoes.

Next, at 4:00 P.M., she says you should prep and clean the turkey, make dough for rolls, and cut veggies for a salad.

On Thanksgiving day at 9:00 A.M., cook your potatoes in a slow cooker and stick the turkey into the oven to bake.  Most importantly, you should spend time with your family!

At 1:00 P.M., you should mash your potatoes and prepare your stuffing.

At 1:30 P.M., pull the turkey out of the oven and put any casseroles you have into the oven.

Bake your rolls at 2:00 P.M. and you should be ready to eat by 3:00 P.M.
