Fall reads for kids with the Pittsburg Public Library

Jesse FELT encouraged, so he went to the Pittsburg Public Library to get a STRING of recommendations for a few fall YARNS that could WEAVE their way into your kids story-time.

First up is The Princess and the Pony by Kate Beaton. The story is about Pinecone, a young princess who wants to grow up to be a fierce warrior, so she wanted a horse fit for a fierce warrior, but her parent’s got her a plump pony instead.

Next up is Fall is Not Easy by Marty Kelley. This book is about a tree who explains why fall is the hardest season on the tree of all.

Finally is Wolfie the Bunny by Ame Dyckman. This book is about the Bunny family and their adopted wolf son. Dot, the youngest daughter of the Bunny’s, is the only one that realize there’s more to Wolfie than meets the eye.
