An Oklahoma man accused of stealing several vehicles in northeast Oklahoma and southeast Missouri earlier this month has appeared in court. Francisco “Frank” Espinoza is now charged with Shooting with intent to kill, Unauthorized use of vehicle, Assault with a dangerous weapon after former conviction of felony, possession of a firearm after former conviction of felony, and resisting arrest.
The crimes took place between June 9th and 10th, 2019.
He appeared in court two days before he was officially charged.
According to court notes 32 year old Espinoza was removed from court due behavior.
The next day officials removed him once again due to his behavior and after confessing to everything but shooting.
His bond has been set at $262,000 as well a future court date of July 23rd, 2019.

Espinoza was arrested on June 11th after stealing multiple vehicles and committing multiple armed robberies in two states.
