Early Thursday AM September 26th – T-storms to start Thursday off
Drying out throughout the day
JOPLIN, Mo. — Good early Thursday morning, everyone. For the most part, our Wednesday was a quiet day as highs climbed back into the middle 80s. Skies went back and forth between partly sunny and mostly cloudy with no rain to speak of. That changed, though, with t-storms that fired up on top of us late Wednesday night and into this early Thursday morning. We’ll continue to keep an eye on them on the radar below as the day gets started…
Thankfully, the rain chances for today don’t last all day. We’re expecting the rain chances to wind down before we begin the afternoon. We’ll also see some sunshine return during the afternoon to warm us back up once again. After we get another little quiet spell for tonight and most of Friday, we’ll have to watch a few more rain chances ahead of us. Your latest look at the forecast is down below…
Don’t forget that Doug has your long range forecast out into the middle of October down below.
Have a good night and a great Thursday!
