Early Sunday AM January 12th – Warming Back Up

After dealing with 2 seasons in 2 days

Good early Sunday morning, everyone. It is good to be back in the office after getting some rest & relaxation with friends and family back home last week. There are times, though, that I can’t help but laugh at what Mother Nature has waiting for me whenever I get back from a visit home. Like Doug and Michael, I also kept an eye on the severe weather & heavy rain back on Friday before we had our bout of wintry weather to start Saturday out.

Needless to say, the temperature switch was certainly a bit impressive. We had highs climb into the middle to upper 60s on Friday before the cold air slammed in. Our Saturday had midnight highs in the middle 30s and temperatures throughout the day stuck in the 20s. Thankfully, we’ll be dry for today with temperatures ready to climb back above freezing. The week ahead will start with temperatures back in the 50s before more upper level waves start to head our way. Your look at the week ahead is right below…

Don’t forget that Doug has your long range forecast based off his Heady Pattern through February down below.

Have a good night and a great Sunday!

Nick
