1 Large pkg of chicken breast
2 pkgs of Taco Bell Seasoning
1 tbsp Cumin
1 Bunch of Cilantro (Washed dryed and chopped)
2 cans of Rotel
1 Large can of dark green chilis
1 can of dark red kidney beans (washed and drained.

We recommend using a crockpot liner to allow for quicker cleanup.  Begin by layering the ingredients starting with the chicken.  Cook on high for five hours.  Stir and you will see the chicken fall apart.  Let sit for 20 minutes. Serve with soft or hard shelled tortillas, salsa, guacamole, rice, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, shredded cheese or whatever you prefer as a topping for tacos, burritos or even nachos.
