Columbus City Hall closes after a positive Coronavirus case
COLUMBUS, Kan – Columbus City Hall closes after staff tests positive for Coronavirus.
The City of Columbus closed down City Hall until further notice to protect customers and staff and for public safety.
Water leaks, water emergencies, new service, and disconnections can be addressed by calling 620-439-1038; Someone can field any problems between the hours of 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Residents can also email cityclerk@ColumbusKS.gov.
Non-emergency police or animal issues can be reported by calling 620-429-1332 or 620-429-3992.
VIN inspections must be requested by parking in front of City Hall, calling 620-429-1332, and requesting inspection.
Water bills will be due on August 3rd.
The city will not disconnect water for non-payments and no penalties will be addressed this month.
