PITTSBURG, Kan. – A realty company posts Chicken Mary’s property for sale. So what does this mean?

Cobb Realty, Inc. posted the property for $1,100,000. It’s located at 1133 E. 600th Ave. in Pittsburg, Kansas.

KOAM spoke with a manager who says the restaurant is not closing. It will have new owners, but a part of the sale is to retain managers to train the new owners and employees.
