Chef Anthony teaches how to make Basted Steak and Shrimp
Chef Anthony Fischer stops by the KOAM studio this morning to show us how to cook his Basted Steak and Shrimp. He’s a culinary arts instructor at Pittsburg High School.
Below are the ingredients and items you’ll need for this recipe.
- Steak of choice
- Shrimp
- Compound butter
- Fresh herbs
- Cast iron or heavy bottom skillet
- large spoon
- Cooling rack
All of the herbs Chef Anthony used today were grown by the PHS botany department. The steak and the shrimp come from Simon Market in Pittsburg.
