Chef Anthony stops by the KOAM studio to prepare pico de gallo and some delicious street tacos in honor of Cinco de Mayo. Here’s what you’ll need for the pico de gallo:
- Tomatoes or, if you’re feeling adventurous, substitute corn, mango, or even grapes
- Ground cumin
- Pickled Jalapenos
Here’s all you’ll need for the street tacos:
- Protein of choice – sliced thin or shredded
- Dressing of choice
