Charges are amended for suspect in Carl Junction shooting death
CARL JUNCTION, Mo. — Authorities in Jasper County have amended charges against Jeremiah Tyner. Tyner is the suspect in the shooting death of Amanda Parker of Carl Junction. He was charged with tampering with physical evidence but that charge was dropped. He is now charged with involuntary manslaughter. Authorities say Tyner was cleaning a handgun in a trailer with Parker present. He then reached for a rifle, pulled the trigger, and the bullet hit Parker.
