Cattle hauler overturns with 80 head, NE Jasper County, Mo.

JASPER COUNTY, Mo. — Shortly after 10:30 a.m. Friday reports of a cattle hauler/ tractor-trailer overturned on N Hwy near CR100 in NE Jasper County.

Jasper Fire Rescue responded to the crash along with EMS and Jasper County Deputies.

On scene we learn from Missouri State Highway Patrol Troopers the driver was not injured, declining medical care.

The tractor-trailer was loaded with 80 head of cattle. They were off-loaded through a temporary corral into waiting cattle trailers arranged by the operator company.

M&M Wrecker set the tractor and trailer upright.

MoDOT Emergency Response assisted with traffic control.

The roadway was cleared to all traffic shortly after 2 p.m.
