Cassville couple faces drug charges
CASSVILLE, Mo. — The Ozark Drug Enforcement Team files charges against a former Cassville police officer and his wife.
ODET detectives served a search warrant at 29 Sunset Drive in Cassville, Missouri last month (Jan. 2).
Numerous items of drug paraphernalia were found at the home of the ex-Cassville officer, 26-year-old Jeremy Thomas.
Thomas, now employed with the Seligman Police Department, and his wife, Jayme, are both facing Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia through the Barry County Prosecutors Office.

On 01/02/2019 ODET Detectives served a Search Warrant at 29 Sunset Drive in Cassville Mo. At the time of the Warrant one Female Identified as Jayme Thomas 26 years of age was at the home with two Children. Thomas is the wife of Ex-Cassville Police Officer Jeremy Thomas 26 years age who is Currently employed by the Seligman Police Department. ODET Detectives had just watched Jeremy Thomas leave the residence prior to serving the Warrant. Detectives met Mr. Thomas at Cassville PD at the time of the Warrant Service. ODET Detectives seized numerous items of Drug Paraphernalia and a small amount of suspected Marijuana from the residence. Both Suspects were charged through Barry County Prosecutors Office with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
