Carl Junction moms hold gift wrapping fundraiser for local family

A group of Carl Junction moms combined their talents, wrapping Christmas gifts to help out a local family.

Cooper Haskins was diagnosed at a young age with Spastic Diplegia Cerebral Palsy.

To help out with medical bills for surgery, these volunteers got busy, and accepted donations with each item they wrapped.

The funds raised will also help out with future expenses for physical therapy.

“We’re trying to raise 500 today, to help with the big goal of $75,000, so any bit helps” said Carl Junction resident, Shonda Elick.

If you would like to help out and donate, there is a Go Fund Me account set up.
