Breakfast Garden Pizza Recipe

BREAKFAST GARDEN PIZZA 1 can (13.8 oz.) pizza crust dough ½ pound bulk Italian sausage, crumbled and browned, drain 1 cup broccoli florets 1 cup chopped bell pepper 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes 1 cup sliced mushrooms ½ cup chopped green onion 6 eggs ½ cup soy sour cream 1 cup shredded Italian cheese 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Unroll dough and press to fit lightly greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Top with cooked Italian sausage, broccoli, bell pepper, tomatoes, mushrooms and green onion. In medium mixing bowl, combine eggs and sour cream; pour mixture over dough. Top with Italian cheese. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees or until eggs are set and crust is golden brown. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving. Serves 6.
