Bread Pudding with Praline Sauce Part 2

Praline Sauce

  • ½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • ¼ cup vanilla soy milk
  • ¼ cup margarine
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine in small saucepan brown sugar, vanilla soy milk, margarine and salt. Bring mixture a boil; stirring constantly. Continue stirring and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve warm.
