Better Business Bureau Issues Warning About Carthage Company
Carthage, MO. — The Better Business Bureau says you should be careful when dealing with Carthage-based Intellilink Communications. The internet provider has an “F” rating, the lowest on the BBB scale.
According to the BBB, that’s due in large part to several unanswered customer complaints. Customers in Southwest Missouri have reported service outages and unexplained price hikes, and then say they aren’t able to get in contact with the company’s owner, Gavin Greenwood.
In fact, KOAM News had a scheduled interview with Greenwood, but when we went to speak with him, he wasn’t there.
Officials with the Better Business Bureau say Intellilink did not qualify to become an accredited business. The BBB says to be careful when selecting an internet service provider.
