Back to School Week: Learning from Home

While a large percentage of students are back in their school classrooms this week, a significant number of students are doing their learning from home this year.

All week long, we’ve been going live in the morning from a different local school as 4-state kids make their way back into the classroom.

However, while every student is learning, not every student is back in the school building.

So for our fifth and final day of Back to School Week, we setup shop in the comfort of our own home to learn how parents are making at-home learning fun, see the resources the Joplin Public Library is offering on its site, and hear about the ups and downs of virtual learning from a 4-state principal.

Scroll down to watch interviews with the Principal of Erie Elementary School in USD 101, and Christina Matakel-Gibson with the Joplin Public Library.
