AMBER Alert issued for missing 3-year-old girl in Kansas City, Kansas
UPDATE: June, 10 at 7:48 pm – Police in Kansas City, Kansas say they believe they’ve found the body of the 3-year-old girl.
The body was found in a wooded area in the 3400 block of Steele in Kansas City.
KANSAS CITY, Kan. — Authorities issue an AMBER Alert for a 3-year-old Kansas City girl reported missing Friday morning, July 10, 2020.
The Kansas Bureau of Investigation says Olivia Jansen was dressed in pajamas, a pink top and purple or teal bottom and her hair was in a ponytail when she was last seen in the 4400 block of Gibbs Road in Kansas City, Kan.
The KBI says, “At 6:30 a.m. Friday morning, Olivia’s father reported he woke up at a residence at 4444 Gibbs Rd. in Kansas City, Kan. and discovered that Olivia was not in the residence and the back door was standing open. Due to her age and a search of the area, investigators believe that she was taken from the location. There is no known suspect at this time and no known suspect vehicle.”
