Adrian Tyler Harness, 24, of Ozark, MO, formerly of Pittsburg, KS, unexpectedly passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2021.
He was born September 15, 1996 in Coffeyville, KS, the son of Adrian F. Harness and Brenda S. (Harkins) Maynard.
Tyler was of the Christian faith and a graduate from Pittsburg High School, class of 2015. While attending Fort Scott Community College he competed in the Kansas Skills USA Competition in carpentry winning first place in carpentry in the high school division and earning a chance to be named the top high school carpenter in the country.
Tyler was working as a service technician for Top Hat Plumbing in Reeds Springs, MO.
Tyler was skilled in numerous trades including automotive technology, carpentry, and plumbing. He was a skilled craftsman and could work on anything. He loved his dog Heidi, enjoyed CrossFit, and his computer gaming. Since graduating high school, Tyler had traveled the US living in North Dakota, Colorado, Wyoming, Florida, and Missouri.
Tyler is survived by his father; Adrian Harness of Camdenton, MO, mother; Brenda Maynard of Fort Walton Beach, FL, half-sister; Abby of Cape Fair, MO, paternal grandparents; Ron and Doris Harness of MO, maternal grandparents; David and Roberta Harkins of Coffeyville, KS. Tyler also has numerous close cousins.
Memorial services will be held at 2 PM on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at the Bath-Naylor Funeral Home, with Chaplin Adah Hutchcraft officiating.
