6th annual Springtime on Broadway underway in downtown Webb City
Webb City is celebrating the warmer temperatures with 6th annual Springtime on Broadway event.
The festival kicked off yesterday and includes vendors, carnival rides, food, arts and crafts and a chainsaw carver.
Locals play live music and those who attend say it benefits all.
“We just had our grand opening yesterday, so we can get other people that are already in the community to see us, since we’re new,” said Lindsey DeGraw, Slick Ink, Webb City.
“Riding the rides at night is fun and I think it’s good for the community to come together,” said attendee Ashton Hunter.
“It’s really cool because it’s downtown Webb City, so there’s a lot of cool, old buildings and stuff to look at,” said attendee Kenzie Shikles.
The festival is scheduled to last tonight until 10 p.m.
