4-state students celebrate graduation with photoshoot

JOPLIN, Mo. – A lot of students missed out on picture day and graduation ceremonies this year due to the Coronavirus, but now that things are slowly beginning to reopen, a photographer in Joplin is capturing memories for students and parents to hold on to.

At Tera Miller’s photography studio, kids ranging from kindergarten to college got their pictures taken with a cap and gown mini session on Saturday.

Miller stayed busy with about 50 grads sitting at a safe distance in front of the camera.

For many 4-State students, this was a way to look back on this unique chapter in their lives and to celebrate their accomplishments. .
